Our Repair Process
We take pride in offering a comprehensive repair service that adheres to industry standards, ensuring quality and reliability at every step.
Testing:
Pre-Test:
Conducted using our in-house specialist test rig, our initial tests help to ensure that the valve meets basic operational requirements before proceeding with any repairs.
Disassembly & Inspection:
The valve is stripped down and carefully inspected for signs of wear or failure. Every component is assessed to determine the extent of repairs needed.
Overhaul:
Valve bodies are cleaned and blasted. The flange, seat, and disc faces are meticulously inspected for damage and machined or lapped as necessary. We replace packing and gaskets to guarantee optimal sealing.
Reassembly & Testing:
After the overhaul, the valve is rebuilt and subjected to rigorous pressure testing to ensure it meets relevant standards. Each valve is supplied with a pressure or hydro test certificate, confirming the set pressure, and is tagged with a unique identification number for easy tracking.
Coating:
The valve is painted as per manufacturer or client specifications to prevent corrosion and extend its service life.
Protection:
To ensure your valve remains in perfect condition during transportation, we fit flange covers for extra protection.
